DOCNECT is a digital healthcare platform operated by DOCNECT DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED. We connect patients with verified doctors and clinics for appointment booking and consultation services. We facilitate healthcare access but do not provide medical treatment directly.

2. Appointment Booking & Payments

• Patients can book appointments through the DOCNECT website or app.
• A platform fee or service charge may be applicable during booking as determined by the Company.
• All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
• DOCNECT DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED does not store sensitive debit/credit card details on its servers.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If a doctor or the healthcare provider cancels the appointment, the full amount will be refunded to the user.
• If a patient cancels before the scheduled time, refunds will be processed according to the Company's specific cancellation window policy.
• No refunds are applicable for "no-show" appointments where the patient fails to arrive.
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days.

4. Doctor Onboarding

• All doctors listed on the platform are verified professionals registered with appropriate medical councils in India.
• Doctors are solely responsible for maintaining accurate clinic timings and consultation details on the platform.

5. Data & Privacy

All personal and medical information shared with DOCNECT DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is handled securely in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts only as a connecting intermediary platform. DOCNECT DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for medical advice, treatment outcomes, clinical negligence, or health decisions made by doctors. Users are advised to consult healthcare professionals directly for critical medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, design elements, and software materials on this platform are the exclusive property of DOCNECT DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or misuse of any assets is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

8. External Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of such external websites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
