DOCNECT is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with verified doctors and clinics for appointment booking and consultation services. We facilitate healthcare access but do not provide medical treatment directly.

2. Appointment Booking & Payments

• Patients can book appointments through the DOCNECT website or app.
• A small platform fee may be applicable during booking.
• All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• DOCNECT does not store debit/credit card details.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• If a doctor cancels the appointment, the full amount will be refunded.
• If a patient cancels before the scheduled time, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per policy.
• No refunds are applicable for no-show appointments.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

4. Doctor Onboarding

• All listed doctors are verified professionals registered with appropriate medical councils.
• Doctors are responsible for maintaining accurate clinic timings and consultation details.

5. Data & Privacy

All personal and medical information is handled securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Limitation of Liability

DOCNECT acts only as a connecting platform and is not responsible for medical advice, treatment outcomes, or health decisions made by doctors. Users are advised to consult healthcare professionals directly for medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, design elements, and materials on this website are owned by DOCNECT.
• Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

8. External Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of such external websites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
