At DOCNECT, we value transparency and strive to provide a fair refund process for all users booking appointments through our platform.

1. Appointment Booking Fee

DOCNECT may charge a small refundable booking/platform fee at the time of appointment confirmation. This helps prevent false bookings and ensures genuine patient scheduling.

Example: A platform fee (e.g., ₹10–₹20 including GST) may apply depending on the service.

All refunds are processed securely through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment source (UPI / Wallet / Card / Net Banking).

4. In-Clinic Consultation Payments

DOCNECT does not collect doctor consultation fees unless explicitly mentioned. If consultation charges are paid directly at the clinic, DOCNECT is not responsible for refunding those amounts.
