Refund Policy

At DOCNECT, we value transparency and strive to provide a fair refund process for all users booking appointments through our platform.
1. Appointment Booking Fee
DOCNECT may charge a small refundable booking/platform fee at the time of appointment confirmation. This helps prevent false bookings and ensures genuine patient scheduling.
Example: A platform fee (e.g., ₹10–₹20 including GST) may apply depending on the service.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Doctor Cancellation: If a doctor cancels the appointment, a full refund will be initiated automatically within 24 hours.
- Patient Cancellation: If a patient cancels at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the full booking amount will be refunded.
- Late Cancellation: No refund will be processed for cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time.
- No-Show: No refunds will be provided if the patient fails to attend the appointment.
3. Refund Mode & Timeline
All refunds are processed securely through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment source (UPI / Wallet / Card / Net Banking).
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
- Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank.
4. In-Clinic Consultation Payments
DOCNECT does not collect doctor consultation fees unless explicitly mentioned. If consultation charges are paid directly at the clinic, DOCNECT is not responsible for refunding those amounts.
5. Technical Payment Failures
- If payment is deducted but booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
- In case of duplicate payment, users may contact support for assistance.
