Refund Policy

Welcome to DOCNECT. We value your trust and are committed to maintaining transparency in all transactions made on our platform.

1. Appointment Booking Fee

Our platform charges a small refundable booking fee (for example ₹10 including GST) at the time of scheduling an appointment. This fee helps prevent false bookings and ensures a genuine patient queue.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund is initiated automatically within 24 hours after cancellation by the doctor.
  • If the patient cancels the appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, the full booking amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be processed for last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of appointment time).

3. Refund Mode & Timeline

Refunds are processed automatically to the same payment source used during booking (UPI / Wallet / Card / Net Banking) through Razorpay within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

4. In-Clinic Payments

DOCNECT does not collect any doctor consultation charges online. All consultation fees are paid directly at the clinic and are non-refundable by us.
