1. Platform Overview
DOCNECT is a digital healthcare platform that helps patients connect with verified doctors and clinics for online and offline appointments. We provide appointment scheduling, health record management, and digital consultation support.
2. Appointment Booking & Payments
- Patients can book appointments through the DOCNECT website or mobile app.
- A small platform fee may be applicable during booking to prevent false appointments.
- All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- In case of cancellation, refundable amounts (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
3. Doctor Onboarding
- All doctors listed on DOCNECT are verified professionals registered with the appropriate medical councils.
- Doctors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their clinic timings, consultation fees, and service details.
- DOCNECT acts as a connecting platform and is not responsible for medical advice or treatment outcomes.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- If a doctor cancels the appointment, the full amount (including platform fee) will be refunded.
- If a patient cancels the booking before the scheduled time, the refund will be processed as per policy.
- Refunds are not applicable for no-show appointments.
5. Data & Privacy
All personal information, including medical records and contact details, are stored securely and used only for healthcare purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
DOCNECT shall not be liable for any medical advice, treatment, or outcome provided by doctors. Our platform only facilitates appointment booking and digital healthcare management.
7. Updates to Terms
DOCNECT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
